About the Workshop

Limited to 20 participants, the experiential 3-day course will offer in-depth exploration of liberating ideas and the opportunity to deepen your learning via group discussion, coaching exercises, visualizations and demonstration. Becoming the Spiritual Adult is a pre-requisite for this course.
