Lucid Living holds a vision of an enchanted New World.
This New World is in the process of being born. Amidst the chaos of our current world, old structures are breaking down and making way for a whole new way of being in the world.

The Old World values struggle and domination, competition and winning. It is a world of scarcity and fear. It is a world of victims and meaningless events. In the Old World, we fight to define ourselves and our value against the backdrop of productivity. We are valuable for what we produce and do. There is always someone better than you and someone less than you. We fight for a place on the hierarchy of external validation.

In the New World, you experience your value within. It is a gift of your Spirituality. It can not be increased or decreased. You become much more interested in discovering your unique strengths and talents, and exploring what impact you can have by harnessing and directing your gifts. It is a world abundant with love and an access to unlimited resources. Your only real job is to receive the gift of Life and to learn more about yourself. You are free to contribute your gifts or not, for the joy and fun of it.

This New World is not a Utopian ideal. It is a whole new paradigm of consciousness. A relatively small group of people on the planet glimpse this New World and are hungry to live in it... hungry enough to trust the vision and be responsible for creating it. Those pioneers will open to the joy of personal fulfillment and then have the opportunity to make new maps for a larger population that is waking up.

The Old World tells us to set aside our dreams, forget our imagination and get about the practical work of dominating life. As we chase after the rewards of a false promise, we lose touch with the power of our own dreams and imagination, and our desire to live an authentic life.

So many people in the world have lost touch with who they really are and what they want. The coaching profession is flourishing because people hunger to reconnect with the truth of who they really are, and to develop the confidence to live from authenticity.

A Message to Coaches
As coaches, we have a unique opportunity to participate in the birthing of the New World. It is our job to listen deeply beyond the circumstances of our client's lives and invite the More Real Self to claim its birthright. We both encourage this hesitant voice and hold a deep knowing of what is possible. We then support the client to gain confidence as they experiment with trusting this new Self.

We believe that to be an empowered coach, you must be courageous enough to explore this New World and find it within yourself. It requires facing your own internal Domination and releasing it. When you know the world of Dominion for yourself, you can confidently hold the space of possibility for your clients. That knowing becomes a resonance which literally lifts the client's view, where they are able to perceive new possibilities and vulnerably craft a life of fulfillment and joy.
