Jeanine has been devoted to adult learning and effective training for more than thirty years. As Director of CTI from 1997 to 1999, she created an extensive library of coaching resources, helped develop the Certification Program, and attained the organization’s accreditation from the International Coach Federation. During that time, she also trained hundreds of coaches as a CTI course leader, supervisor, examiner and program advisor.
